Building confident learners through Awe and Wonder

Our nursery is led by Nursery Manager Mandy Coker, a highly experienced and dedicated early years professional with over 35 years’ experience in the sector. Mandy is passionate about delivering a rich, inspiring curriculum and is deeply committed to nurturing children’s learning, development and natural curiosity.

She is supported by Deputy Manager Danielle and Charlene, who together form a strong and caring leadership team. Guided by our ethos of learning through awe and wonder, the team carefully plans meaningful experiences that spark curiosity, encourage exploration and support every child to become a confident, capable learner.

They are further supported by a team of qualified and experienced practitioners who work collaboratively to create a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment where every child feels valued and supported. The majority of our team hold Level 3 Early Years qualifications, and we are proud to support apprentices who are training to achieve their Level 3 qualification. All staff are fully paediatric first aid trained, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety for every child.

Our nursery also benefits from having a dedicated onsite chef who prepares fresh, nutritious meals daily, supporting children’s wellbeing and healthy development.
