The team at The Redbrick Day Nursery, Kingswell Road, is led by Nursery Manager Kirsty King, a highly qualified early years professional with a degree in early childhood education. As a mother of two, Kirsty brings both professional expertise and a strong understanding of the needs of children and families, supporting a nurturing and well-organised nursery environment.

Kirsty is supported by Deputy Manager Alysia, who has been part of the Redbrick family since beginning her career at our Welford Road nursery. Alysia brings continuity, experience and a strong commitment to Redbrick’s values, supporting both children and staff with care and consistency.

Together, they are supported by a dedicated team of qualified and caring practitioners who are passionate about working with young children. All staff are paediatric first aid trained and are supported through ongoing training and professional development to ensure high-quality, reflective early years practice.
